Invitation to the Joint FV/CF/SRM-Workshop in Cyprus (Nov 2012)
Dear Colleagues,
Herewith we 'd like to invite you to participate in the Joint EURL-FV/CF/SRM-Workshop in Cyprus.
The workshop will be held on 12 and 13 of November 2012 in the costal town of Limassol and is jointly organized by the EURLs responsible for the areas of FV, CF and SRM in coorperation with the the respective Cypriot NRLs.
TENTATIVE TOPICS:
- General Exchange of Information
- EUPTs (Results, Feedback, Prospects and Discussion)
- AQC and Accreditation related issues
- MACP-related issues (analytical and practical difficulties)
- Networking and data exchange activities (databases, websites, webinars)
- Future activities (EURL-Work Programs)
- Scientific Presentations
- Presentations by NRL-representatives
In the INVITATION LETTER you will furthermore find:
- more details about the registration procedure
- the maximum number of Reimbursement-Eligible Participants (REPs) per NRL/Country and the rules we have applied to define these numbers
- the conditions and fees for Non-REPs
- further details about travel, accomodation and reimbursement
IMPORTANT DATES:
The NRLs concerned are asked to provide the names of REPs via e-mail to eurl-srm@cvuas.bwl.de by Tue, July 24, 2012 . Our interest is to start with the flight booking procedures ASAP.
All other potential participants are kindly asked to express their interest to participate by September 5th, 2012 (NEW DEADLINE)
Only persons approved by the Organizers will be allowed to participate in the Workshop.
