Joint EURL/NRLs (SRM-FV) Pesticide Residue Workshop 2022

The EURLs –SRM/FV are pleased to invite the NRLs-SRM/FV to the EURL/NRLs Workshop 2022 (hybrid modality, both online and face-to-face).

For face-to-face attendance, travel costs, hotel costs and daily allowance for one participant per NRL (if your lab is NRL for FV and SRM you will be reimbursed ONLY for one participant) will be covered, following the European Union Rules. Please, inform us as soon as possible of the selected eligible participant (and not later than 12th July) by registering at the following link:

In order to facilitate your travel, the EURL-FV can assume directly the cost of the hotel booking and the flight tickets for those eligible participants. Please fill in the form with your data and your preferences and we will book everything for you through our travel agency, so no expenses will have to be reimbursed. A bus/taxi service will be offered to the eligible participants from the airport to the hotel and back.

 

Countries with one participant in the face-to-face workshop will have an extra participant available with online registration. Countries with NO face-to-face PARTICIPANT will be allowed to have two different online registrations. If f you prefer to participate online, please register at the following link:

If you decide to stay extra days in Almería, please be aware that the hotel and any other expenses that you may have during those extra days will not be reimbursed.

On-site Registration for Official Laboratories-SRM/FV

Additionally, 25 places for the face to face workshop will be offered for official laboratories (SRM/FV). Registration forms will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The registration fee is 325 € in order to cover all meals during the workshop (dinners on the 12th and 13th, and coffee breaks and lunches on the 13th and 14th) and transport from the hotel to the University of Almería and back.

The Workshop Venue will be the University of Almería. The elegible participants will stay at Hotel Barceló Cabo de Gata. A shuttle bus service will be provided for all participants from the hotel to the university and back.

For online attendance, we will offer 100 places for official laboratories.

Registration forms will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Workshop will be held in Almeria, Spain, from the 13th to the 14th October 2022, at the University of Almería. However, it will also be possible to attend online.
