Analysis of Acidic Pesticides and Metabolites via CEN-QuEChERS and FA-QuEChERS
A New Version of the Document on the analysis of Acidic Pesticides and Metabolites via FA-QuEChERS (employing Formic Acid) was released.
Recoveries via CEN-QuEChERS and FA-QuEChERS are compared and the role of pH on the partitioning behavior of the acidic analytes is discussed. The usefullness of molecular properties prediction software in predicting the partitioning behavior of pesticides is discussed, making a critical comparison between computed and experimentally generated physicochemical properties (pKa and LogKow/LogP/LogD).
