7th version of QuPPe method
we have further updated the QuPPe method (Quick Polar Pesticides Method).
The most important changes concern the "Glyphosate & Co." group of compounds, for we have introduced two new LC-MS/MS methods as follows:
LC Method 1.2
Based on an anion exchange column (IonPac AS11-HC) but without employing a high pH eluent
covers: Ethephon, HEPA, Glyphosate, AMPA, Glufosinate, MPPA, N-Acetylglufosinate, Phosphonic acid, N-acetyl-AMPA, Fosetyl
LC Method 1.3
Based on a carbon column (Hypercarb)
covers: Ethephon, HEPA, Glyphosate, AMPA, Glufosinate, MPPA, N-Acetylglufosinate, Phosphonic acid, N-acetyl-AMPA, Fosetyl, Maleic hydrazide, Perchlorate
