Analysis of Meptyldinocap by QuEChERS followed by alkaline hydrolysis and LC-MS/MS measurement
A simple and sensitive method for the analysis of
Meptyldinocap and 2,4-DNOP is presented, either
individually or as a sum, following transformation of
Meptyldinocap to 2,4-DNOP under alkaline conditions. The
procedure involves QuEChERS or QuOil extraction and LC-
MS/MS measurement in ESI negative mode either directly or
after alkaline hydrolysis.
