The EURLs –SRM/FV are pleased to invite the NRLs-SRM/FV to the EURL/NRLs Workshop 2018.
The Workshop will be held in Almeria, Spain, from the 27th to the 28th September 2018, at the Hotel Barceló Cabo de Gata (Retamar, Almería-Spain).
Travel costs, hotel costs and daily allowance for one participant per NRL (if your lab is NRL for FV and SRM you will be reimbursed ONLY for one participant) will be covered for NRLs following the European Union Rules. Please, inform us as soon as possible of the selected eligible participant.
In order to facilitate your travel, the EURL-FV can assume directly the cost of the hotel booking and the flight tickets for those eligible participants. Please fill in the form with your data and your preferences and we will book everything for you through our travel agency, so no expenses will have to be reimbursed.
There will be approximately 20 extra vacancies for other NRL-SRM/FV or official laboratory SRM/FV participants that would like to attend being non-eligible participants. These participants will have to pay 300 Euros in concept of coffees, meals and conference attendance. They will also have to cover their transportation and accommodation costs using own funds. Non-eligible participants will have to book by themselves.
The Workshop Venue will be at the Hotel Barceló Cabo de Gata. There are near hotels to this one. The EURL-FV will try to fix all the eligible participants in this one. The hotel will offer special prices for non-eligible participants in the venue hotel, please check in the workshop webpage.
A bus service will be offered to the eligible participants from the airport to the hotel and back.
The programme will cover the following topics:
- Results and discussion of EUPTs-SRM/FV
- Advances in analytical methods.
- Certified analytical standards: current situation and future.
- SANTE AQC-document
- EURL-DataPool
- General exchange of information.
If you decide to stay extra days in Almería, please be aware that the hotel and any other expenses that you may have during those extra days will not be reimbursed.
