Analysis of pesticide residues in honey using LC-Q-TOF
This report describes the investigation and validation of a multi residue method for analysis of >300 pesticides in honey by UHPLC/HRMS. The sample preparation method is simply based on dilution of the honey sample with water and centrifugation. Extracts were measured on two different UHPLC/HRMS-systems (Agilent Technologies Q-TOF 6545 and Shimadzu Corporation Q-TOF 9030) and the results were compared.
