Stability check of previous proficiency test materials (EUPT AO 05 – 15)
On request, the EURL-AO offers left overs from previous proficiency tests (PTs) to NRLs and OfLs to be used for their internal quality control. The analysis of the test items assists laboratories to check the quality of their methods and especially to identify any bias in results. As the left overs are not offered as reference material, quality control of the material is not required to be performed. To check the stability of the test items over the years the EURL conducted a stability test of selected pesticides present in the test items and compared the results with the data given in the respective final EUPT reports.
