8th Version of the QuPPe-PO method
The Quick Polar Pesticides Method for food of plant origin (QuPPe-PO method) has been further updated.
The most important changes concern the following LC-methods:
LC Method 1.3
Based on a carbon column (Hypercarb)
Inlusion of two new compounds to the method: Cyanuric acid and Bialaphos and two isotope labelled internal standards (ILISs); Phosphonic acid 18O3 and Chlorate 18O3.
A list of hints has been introduced giving practical advices, e.g. a) on how to prime the column prior to use and b) on possible interferences by matrix components or by other target analytes through in-source fragmentation.
For the isotopically labelled internal standards (ILIS) of Phosphonic acid and Chlorate (including Perchlorate) go to ILIS Distribution Service
covers: Ethephon, HEPA, Glyphosate, AMPA, Glufosinate, MPPA, N-Acetylglufosinate, phosphonic acid, N-acetyl-AMPA, Fosetyl-aluminium, Maleic hydrazide, Perchlorate, Chlorate, Cyanuric acid, Bialaphos
LC Method 1.4
Based on a carbon column (Hypercarb)
The method is better optimized for the analysis of perchlorate and chlorate compared to M1.3
covers: phosphonic acid, perchlorate, chlorate
LC Method 4.1 (previous LC Method 4)
Based on a HILIC-type chromatography (Obelisc-R column from SIELC)
This method was renamed from 4 to 4.1
LC Method 4.2
Based on a HILIC-type chromatography (BEH-Amide column from Waters)
covers: Amitrole, ETU, Chlormequat, Mepiquat, Daminozide, PTU, Cyromazine, Trimesium, Nereistoxin, Difenzoquat, Melamine, Propamocarb, Morpholine, Diethanolamine, Triethanolamine
LC Method 8
Based on a carbon column (Hypercarb)
covers: Triazole Derivative Metabolites (TDMs): 1,2,4-Triazole, Triazole-alanine, Triazole-acetic acid, Triazole-lactic acid and 1,2,3-Triazole
